阿輝廚房

 

4月30日  晴天

今日等我教大家煎牛排啦~

<<<首先預備既材料有,『牛排』,『牛油』
<<<唔使用咁猛火,中火就差唔多啦
<<<先落一pat適量既牛油
<<<牛油溶得咁上下就落主角『牛排』
<<<煎到咁上下就反一反佢
<<<到兩邊都差唔多就可以上碟啦
 <<<咁一碟美味既牛排就完成架啦

點解會煎出泡泡?其實用牛油係當油用.至於點解就真係唔知啦.可能健康d,又或者口感冇咁油
